INSURANCE

As a courtesy to our patients we accept all dental insurances. Although we do NOT participate in any network, we still file and
accept all insurances.

*Attention all Delta Dental Policy Holders and Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Holders* Dr. Adams and Dr. Cheek are NOT participating providers with Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal, because they send payment directly to the patient. Therefore, we ask all patients covered by Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal to pay in full on each visit.

PAYMENT PLANS

Dr. Adams and Dr. Cheeks offer outside financing through Care Credit. Care Credit has a same-as-cash program with financing terms of 6, 12 or 18 months interest and finance free upon credit approval.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Debit Cards, Money Order, Certified Check, Discover and Cash.
